The need for calming the chaos and navigating the challenges and uncertainty that surrounds us is greater now than ever before.

Companies have an opportunity (and I believe a responsibility) to support their people in deeper, more personal, and unique ways given the current situation. And individuals have a need (and responsibility) to take control of what they can in their own life in order to create a more sustainable and soul-satisfying success strategy. Successful companies know that employees who are healthier and happier are more positive and productive. Encouraging employee health and well-being during “normal” times was a smart talent and business strategy.

However, during these abnormal times, supporting employee well-being is crucial in order to maintain morale, avoid burnout and ensure engagement. As the duration and effects of the COVID pandemic continue, the physical and psychological impact is becoming greater. Many people are reporting increased anxiety, stress, overwhelm and depression. They are also experiencing a decrease in their ability to focus and an increase in relationship conflict.
